Community Guidelines

Last updated: April 27, 2026

Evenpairs is a private members network for verified professionals seeking meaningful introductions, experiences, and mentorship. To keep the environment trusted and high-quality, all members agree to these guidelines.

1. Respectful behaviour

  • Treat every member with respect and professionalism
  • Communicate honestly and directly
  • Respect boundaries and consent — including when someone declines to continue a conversation

2. Prohibited behaviour

  • Harassment, threats, or abusive language
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Misrepresenting your identity, profession, or intentions
  • Sharing false or misleading information
  • Unsolicited promotions, spam, or scams
  • Attempting to exploit or manipulate other members

3. No commercial solicitation

Evenpairs is not a sales or recruiting platform. Members must not:

  • Pitch products, services, or investment opportunities to other members
  • Recruit for a job, agency, MLM, or affiliate scheme
  • Promote crypto tokens, trading groups, or paid programs
  • Use introductions or experiences to generate sales leads

4. Safety expectations

  • Do not share sensitive personal or financial information
  • Be cautious when meeting others in person — meet in public places and tell someone you trust
  • Use your judgment and personal discretion on and off the platform

5. Content standards

Members must not upload or share:

  • Offensive, explicit, or sexually graphic content
  • Illegal or harmful material
  • Content that violates the privacy of others (including unconsented photos or screenshots of conversations)

6. Reporting & enforcement

We provide tools to report members or content and to block other members. Evenpairs may review reports, remove content or accounts, and suspend or permanently ban members. Where there is a clear and serious safety risk, we may act without prior notice.

7. Mentor & mentee conduct

  • Mentors must not use introductions to solicit business, sell paid services, recruit, or pitch deals.
  • Mentees should honour confirmed introductions, be on time, and not "ghost" once a session is scheduled.
  • Both parties must respect the confidentiality of what is shared during mentor conversations.

8. Professional environment

Evenpairs is curated for meaningful connections, not casual dating-app behaviour. Members are expected to maintain professionalism aligned with that purpose.

9. Appeals

If your account has been suspended or removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may appeal by emailing support@evenpairs.com within 30 days of the action. Appeals are reviewed by a member of our trust and safety team.

10. Changes

We may update these guidelines as the community grows. Material changes will be communicated in-product.
