Delete your account
You may request deletion of your Evenpairs account at any time. There are two ways to do it:
- Inside the app: Profile → Delete account.
- By email: privacy@evenpairs.com from the address on your account.

What happens next
- Within 24 hours: your profile is hidden from all other members and removed from matching.
- Within 30 days: your personal data is permanently deleted from our production systems.
- Backups: encrypted backups roll off within 90 days.
- Messages you sent: may remain visible to the recipient in their own inbox, as is standard for messaging products. Your name and profile no longer link to those messages.
- Billing records: Stripe retains payment and tax records under its own terms; we cannot delete those on your behalf. Contact Stripe directly for any payment-data request.
- Retained for legal reasons: a minimal record (account ID, deletion date) may be kept to honour safety bans and prevent re-registration of removed accounts.
