## How verification works
Every applicant submits a government-issued ID matched to a live selfie, plus a professional background check. A trained reviewer at Evenpairs makes the final call. Most applications are processed within 48 hours. Approximately 60% of applications are approved. Applicants are not ranked on appearance.

## How introductions work
Members receive a small handful of curated introductions per week. Each introduction includes a short note explaining why the match was suggested — usually a values-and-lifestyle alignment, not a surface-level overlap. Members can accept or pass; there is no infinite feed and no public swiping.

## Cities served
San Francisco Bay Area at launch. New York and Los Angeles open as the verified community grows in those geographies.

## Membership
Founding membership is $299/year, locked in for early members. Standard pricing $499/year after the founding window. Members are only billed after their application is reviewed and approved. Membership is non-transferable. Members must be 18 or older.

## Referral program
Existing members can refer friends. Successful referrals (where the invited member is approved and pays) earn a $100 credit toward the referrer's next renewal. Limit five successful referrals per year.
